Appointment Policy

To provide excellent care for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. There is a 10-minute grace period for scheduled appointments, or we may have to reschedule your pet. Please call us if you will be late. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
